also this year, 2015, the harvest is coming up and the Solaria estate is preparing to harvest a great vintage.
Throughout the year, the Patrizia Cencioni and her staff take care of Solaria's vineyards beginning with pruning the branches to select the best bunches. In August, the selection of the best grapes begins. In September, they work to assure optimal ventilation and sun exposure of the grapes by removing the covering leaves. Finally in October after many careful checks on the maturation the harvest begins.
